Our Mission
Hounds Of Freedom is committed to rescuing dogs from various situations such as abandonment, neglect, abuse, and overcrowded shelters. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these dogs. Each dog is given a thorough health examination, vaccinations, and any necessary medical treatment. We also ensure that they are spayed or neutered to prevent further breeding and help control the pet population.
About Us
Hounds of Freedom was founded in 2023 by Tonya Mouradian-Bower and her family who wanted to make a difference. Spending years supporting other Rescue efforts and owning several rescue dogs of her own the unfortunate reality set in that after the pandemic many more countless dogs are being abandoned, neglected, or mistreated with dire need of rescue and rehabilitation. Tonya and Hounds of Freedom understands the importance to raise awareness about the plight of these dogs and encourage others to consider adopting from rescues or supporting them in any way they can. Spreading the word about the importance of responsible pet ownership and the benefits of adopting can help create a more compassionate society for animals.
